Back in May, John McCain went on the O’Reilly Factor and the following exchange occurred.
O’REILLY: But do you understand what the New York Times wants, and the far-left want? They want to break down the white, Christian, male power structure, which you’re a part, and so am I, and they want to bring in millions of foreign nationals to basically break down the structure that we have. In that regard, Pat Buchanan is right. So I say you’ve got to cap with a number.
MCCAIN: In America today we’ve got a very strong economy and low unemployment, so we need addition farm workers, including by the way agriculture, but there may come a time where we have an economic downturn, and we don’t need so many.
O’REILLY: But in this bill, you guys have got to cap it. Because estimation is 12 million, there may be 20 [million]. You don’t know, I don’t know. We’ve got to cap it.
MCCAIN: We do, we do. I agree with you.

What? McCain agreed? Please, take a moment and read it again. McCain agreed. Bill O’Reilly admits he’s afraid of immigrants overturning the “white, Christian, male power structure,” and John McCain says nothing to rebuke it. Then he agrees there needs to be a cap on the immigration reform. He didn’t do anything to stand up to Bill-O’s racist tirade, then he agrees with the man. Has he totally given up his bid for president?
John McCain will need more than the votes of white, Christian, males to win. There are other people in America who vote. Women, non-Caucasians and non-Christian all exist and vote. Does he realize he’s not living in a vacuum? Does he realize how racist that sounds? Back in the day, men wore white hoods while they talked like this. Now they appear on Fox News with their own TV shows and run for president.
No wonder McCain is ranking so low in Latino polls. He basically said we don’t need them here with our economy slowing down. As long as he keeps appealing only to his base, Obama will be president come January. I have one thing to say to President Obama. Down with the white, Christian, male power structure, please.

I really don’t see why anyone outside of white, male, Christian would vote for JM now. But, of course, this didn’t receive anywhere near the amount of press as Obama not wearing a flag pin. The media sure knows how to report on the important topics.
